Please note that there are no online registration forms.

This is how the system works, for everybody, and for all classes:

1. WRITE your name and address on the front of a 9"x6" (C5) envelope.
At the show, exhibitors will be offered a suitable envelope to fill-in, stamp and return to the marshal for their class.

2. WRITE the exhibit class and number of vehicles on the INSIDE of the flap.
This makes it easier to stuff.....................

3. AFFIX a stamp of the correct denomination.
A C5 envelope must carry the normal letter rate. We do not stuff them so full that it goes over size.

4. SEND your SAE straight away to the correct (NEW) address:
Llandudno Transport Festival, 4 Ffordd Celyn, COLWYN BAY. LL29 8RN

5. WAIT until the forms are sent out in late January.

6. FILL-IN and return the forms promptly, and pay attention to the instructions enclosed.
If the class is full, or you have not enclosed the appropriate payment, your form will be sent back by return of post.

7. GATE-PASSES will be sent out about 4 weeks before the event. Do not lose it. If you turn up without one a huge traffic-jam will build up while you try to blag your way in. Gate-passes have security features, so please don't embarass our marshalls with fakes or copies.

8. CAMPING places are always in demand, so if you are forced to pull-out for any reason, PLEASE let us know so that we can re-allocate your space. There is ALWAYS a waiting-list for camping.
EVERYBODY is upset by unoccupied pitches belonging to unexplained, no-show exhibitors, so please let us know - even if it is only one night ahead. Email is monitored regularly, even during the show.

9. ENJOY the show. Go back to STEP 1 for the next year.
